Craft Table Rules
1. Form must be filled out completely. Crafters will receive 80% of sales unless you are not volunteering in some capacity or not a guild member – then you will receive 70%. Please figure this into your price. You may volunteer anywhere in the show not just at the craft table.
2. Items for sale must be quilt related or craft items. Any size quilt may be sold; including wall hangings. If you have a question, please contact Marti DelNevo at 802-734-6953 or [email protected]. You must have each item tagged with your price and your initials using a small safety pin. Please make sure tags are securely attached. Please do not use stick-on labels since they may fall off and make accounting difficult when items are sold.
3. Items should be dropped off on Tuesday, April 21, between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.; same time as quilt drop off. Marti will be available to check in your crafts. Although items will be accepted on Wednesday and Thursday before the show, please make every effort to deliver items on Tuesday evening. A check for the item(s) owed to the crafter will be mailed by the Guild treasurer after all Quilt Show tabulations are done. Craft table items may not be picked up until close of Show on Sunday at 4:00 p.m.
