CVQG 2024 Quilt Show Registration is available online. The link below will take you into the process where you will need to purchase your contest entry and fill out your registration form. Each quilt entered is $25 and requires a registration form. Since space is limited, each contestant may enter one (1) quilt. If you would like to enter a second quilt, you will have the opportunity to indicate that request on the registration form. You will be contacted if space is available.

Registration Form:
$25 for one (1) quilt
Additional Fees:
Quilts for sale - $5 per quilt
Additional Insurance fee for quilts over $1000 - $5 per quilt
Payment:
Payment will be made online when you register.

Registration is not complete until picture and fee is received. Electronic confirmation will be sent when all items are received by the registrar.
Registration deadline is April 1, 2024
An electronic copy of your registration responses will be emailed to you.
Registration Form:
- Registration is online. If you are not able to access the online form, contact our Registrar, Carol Bloomhardt, whose contact information is below.
- Fill out the Registration Form completely and clearly. Answer all questions. If the form is not filled out correctly, it will be returned to you for completion.
- Double-check the information you are entering on your form. Attempt to be as accurate as possible when entering the hanging dimensions of your entry.
- Due to limited space, only one (1) quilt per person is being accepted at this time.
- You do not have to have your quilt judged, but may find it a rewarding experience.
- Please give credit where credit is due. List all names of those who worked on the quilt, as well as the pattern, book, or source of inspiration.
- Please limit your description to 40 words or less. There is very limited space on the display card. CVQG reserves the right to edit due to space constraints.
- Attach a photo of your quilt to the registration form. Take a photo close enough to your quilt so that anything in the background (like your kitchen, garden, design wall, etc.) is minimal. If it's not, crop out the background. Make sure the photo is clear and is under 2,000 x 2,000 pixels. Save your photo as an image file; i.e., xxx.jpg or xxx.png)
